We would love you to continue our festival style wedding by doing what is done at a festival, and camp! So, if you would like, please bring your tents on the Friday morning to pitch up!

There will be toilets in the camping field and access to a shower room and kitchen across the road at the Markham’s house.

The Royal Hotel, Dungworth

Located a stone’s throw from the wedding reception, the Royal Hotel in Dungworth is a small, independent bed and breakfast providing three en-suite rooms.
The Royal Hotel is where the famous Boxing Day Carols happen, which it is a Markham Family tradition to attend. Approx 0.8miles from the Wedding Venue.

Loadbrook Cottages

Strines Inn

A little further afield, in a remote location overlooking the famous Dale Dike reservoir, is the Strines Inn, one of the oldest pub buildings in the UK. This has three en-suite four poster double rooms, with breakfast that can be served in the room (perfect for nursing a hangover with a view!). It’s 7 miles from the Wedding Venue.

Padley Farm

Also located in Dungworth, Padley Farm boasts lovely views of the surrounding area with family rooms as well as reasonable prices. Approx ½ mile from the Wedding Venue.
